All items are printed / framed to order so we are unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch asap to discuss. 

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please reply to your order email with a picture of the following -

- a picture of the damaged print / frame 

- a picture of the damaged packaging 

- a picture of the address label 

All damaged orders will be re printed and shipped out to you ASAP
